Andhra Pradesh MBBS Admission Eligibility Criteria?
Andhra Pradesh MBBS Admission will be based on the NEET 2025 scores followed by a counseling session conducted by the Dr. NTRUHS, Andhra Pradesh. Candidates who have cleared the NEET 2025 cut-offs are eligible to pursue Andhra Pradesh MBBS Admission through the common state counseling application process.
The Andhra Pradesh MBBS eligibility criteria are as follows-
- Candidates must have successfully passed their 10+2.
- Candidates must be from the Science stream.
- Aspirants must have Biology as their compulsory subject with a minimum score of 50% marks before applying for Andhra Pradesh MBBS Admission.
- Candidates must have successfully cleared the NEET 2025 Exam.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old while applying for AP MBBS Admission.
- There is no upper age limit to appear for the NEET exam from the academic year 2025.
Andhra Pradesh MBBS Eligibility Criteria for NRI & Foreign Students Aspirants
- NRIs can’t take admission only if the respective medical institute has seats reserved for NRI students under institutional quota.
- OCI candidates will be eligible for Government Aided, Government Corporation of private unaided colleges only if they have passed 10+2 from Andhra Pradesh or have lived in the state for at least 10 years.
- Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of admission year.
- Candidates must have secured NEET cut-off and the percentile that CBSE deemed as passing marks in NEET.

Andhra Pradesh Medical Colleges Fee Structure
The total MBBS course fees for all the medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh is approximately Rs. 40-60 Lakhs. The MBBS admission fees in Andhra Pradesh for NRI students is different and they need to pay 5 times of the MBBS course fees as specified by the college authority.
The tuition fee for MBBS in Andhra Pradesh for self-financing students is also different and they have to pay 2 times of the MBBS course fees as compared to that of the regular students. most of the medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh are privately owned and managed, therefore, they charge higher MBBS fee from the students.
